Diabetes Organoid Therapy

Thoth Science’s diabetes organoid therapy is developed to aid those suffering from these conditions. It is exercised through implanting organoids that have islet functions, which can naturally control blood glucose and be replaced yearly. It has abundant supplies, which reduces the costs of overall treatment compared to the currently available treatments in the market. As a result, this treatment reduces measuring frequency, implantation risks, supply material cost, and side effects, which eventually leads to the improvement on the quality of lives of the patients. Our ultimate goal is to achieve functional cure of diabetes.

NASH Cell Therapy

Thoth Science Inc.’s NASH Cell Therapy provides implantation of medical device containing cells that continuously release secretomes. The device is produced by inserting stem cells first into TheraCyte™, then implanted into the patients.

The secretomes that are released via this device include HGF and VEGF, which are demonstrated on the picture.

The functionalities of our treatment have been verified via in vitro experiments and animal testings so far. As a result, they have displayed promising effects on reversing liver fibrosis, while rejuvenating liver cells that present declined functionalities.

[TS-20003] Small Molecule

TS-20003 is a dual modulator that regulates multiple pathways relevant to NASH progression. Most notably the molecule showed inhibition of the inflammatory pathway and it activated lipid metabolism. It has good druggable properties, good protein binding property, and stability in plasma.

TS-20003 has shown following effects via in-vitro experiments:

  • Potential to treat obesity

  • Potential to treat NASH

  • Anti-melanogenic effects

  • Anti-inflammation effects

We are currently focusing on its potential to treat NASH.

[TS-20005] Coronavirus breathalyzer

Thoth Science Inc. is bringing Deep Sensing Algorithms’ (DSA) coronavirus breathalyzer to South Korea. The DSA Analyzer is a portable breath analyzer intended for the detection of COVID-19. The analyzer measures the exhaled breath for 30 seconds and results are available within 2 minutes.
